when will this service be launched?
No idea yet Saeed .. hopefully soon
It will be launch at the start of june 2008.
So when you are launching ptcl tv ?
Does anyone know the service will cost a subscriber how much and when it’s going to hit airwaves.
Its end june, does anyone knows that this service has been started in Karachi or not? and what will be the charges?
At the moment ptcl is installing this service for there 2Mb broadband customers just for testing and free of cost
its been 1 month since we get that service
100 Channels
Around 25 movies channels , but old movies as you know they can’t broadcast pirated
pretty satisfied with the service.
Also they are installing this service only to those who got very low noise rate
im using ptcl service. the movies ptcl are providing are old ones. in which most of the movies i hv seen. and dont know when gonna online t.v be launched. but there is only one good thing in ptcl online movies they never stuck for beffering in middle. but due to old movies in ptcl database ptcl entertainment flops and even there are limited movies. i didnt liked their entertainment service. if you have good speed 1mbps or 2mbps then try to watch online t.v on other sites and movies too. there are many sites providing online t.v
i want ptcl tv
Well i dont think that it would be successful project because having already this facility in the shape of ‘Cable’ even in very low price rather than it.
they should try to chase the indian ‘Sky TV’s whole method (something different than traditional) then perhaps they would be succeeeded.
