It has been a rough weeks, i don’t know how many sites / designs I completed its getting difficult to keep a track of all work, probably some day I will. My portfolio launched collapsed as when i launched it last weekend many scripts & style sheets didn’t work the way i wanted so i had no other option but to scrap it and rebuild it from scratch… so further delays. Lesson! CSS / JavaScript behaves differently online & offline still investigation why!

Recently I am in negotiations in setting up a software / design production house in Pakistan / Lahore … in partnership… i have been dreaming of it for long and i hope that it gets fulfilled this year by the grace of Allah. Although I am not expecting that much and have my fingers crossed yet. But if it do then you guys will witness the building of a corporation GIANT as I am highly unsatisfied by the companies here who lack management / vision / organizational culture / Strategy & Planning.

Other news Microsoft Founder Mr. Bill Gates has decided to take a retirement from his job as Chief Architect and shift to just director position (in simple words just to collect the pay check and no work) well its good for him … probably he is also tired from the corporate world and now he should get a chance to enjoy his life. He is the richest man on the planet but if you keep on making so much money & success there is a chance you might get bored of it too and take a break (I am not talking about my self I wont :) )

A tough week…. recently i had the worst internet crises…. for 6 straight days and then another 4 days which equals to 10 productive days i was without a telephone line and of course without internet. Although i use both to run my business, deal with clients and work online.

There was some sort of misunderstanding between PTCL and my ISP due to which the PTCL guys plugged my phone line out of the system how nice of them. And it took 6 – 10 days to find out that what was fault… i am so proud of all of them… The funny thing was i went to the office and there the internet was down too so i was wondering is there something wrong with me that where ever i go the net goes down … hmm not to worry i do have a very powerful Amil baba with me online. Yeh it another interesting thing… periodically i receive e-mail marketing from an Amil baba who can solve all my problems … and most interesting thing is that he can do it online .So be aware ….

Talking on junk e-mails i dont know what kind business they generate…. and i am really tired of receiving such e-mails (please e-mail marketers i don’t need you pills, i dont need cheap software, i don’t need to find a hot date, i don’t need you billion dollar lottery, and i am definitely not looking for girls online) at my business account. But i do amaze people when i tell them i don’t receive a single junk e-mail at HOTMAIL & Google.
